New FOB programmed but no Button functions

Was able to deleted missing FOB#1 add a new FOB#1 to the car but none of the buttons will work. the NFC of the FOB works fine. Tried new Battery in FOB verified it has correct PKC seen 110A and confirm the buttons working using RF Connect Scanner app on phone. Tried Un-Pairing and Re-pairing. Tried PKC reset- No Luck. Still sees NFC but no buttons work--- Any Suggestions?

Programming a key sometimes requires a bit of luck. You need to hold the key against the NFC reader during the programming process and press the door unlock button several times. The PKC (Personal Key Controller) is somewhat unreliable and freezes regularly, so it may be necessary to reset it after two or three attempts.
